Your design and coverage
We prepare three complimentary visual options and complete package quotes. Initial designs use white lights; colors and design changes can be discussed before approval. Roofline packages define roof coverage. The amount of mini lighting on selected trees and shrubs is optional with any package and included as quoted.
A design request is not a final quote or booked installation. Specialty elements, unusual access, wreaths, columns or commercial frontage are individually quoted where offered.
First-season service and ownership
The approved first-season package includes lights, design, professional installation, testing, covered seasonal service and January removal. The system belongs to you after full payment.
Deposit and payment schedules
A 10% deposit at approval reserves your design and is credited toward the total. Your quote specifies the available schedule and exact dates and amounts.
- After installation: 10% at approval. The remaining 90% after installation.
- Across the season: 10% at approval, 40% after installation and 50% at January removal.
- Monthly through January: Payments from installation through January. Your deposit is credited against the first installment; later installments are equal apart from rounding.
January removal, storage and future seasons
Removal is planned for January; the agreed window is confirmed with your seasonal service. We return your labeled system and installation map unless you choose separately priced storage. Future installation, service, removal, design changes and replacements receive a new quote.
Seasonal questions or service
If your display needs attention, send the team a service request so the team can review the concern and arrange the appropriate next step under your covered-service terms.
Neighbor referral credit
Refer a new neighboring household and receive a $100 account credit after their installation is complete. It can be applied to an open balance or future service. This is an account credit, not cash or a reward for leaving a review. Tell the Graham’s team about the referral when the new household makes its request.
